The Old Way vs. CasePrepare (What Changes?)
See what happens when you replace PDF attachments and WhatsApp chats with one simple link:
| Step | The Old Way (PDF / Word / WhatsApp) | With CasePrepare |
|---|---|---|
| Sending the Form | Emailing heavy files that clients cannot open on their phone | 1-click link sent via WhatsApp or email; opens on any phone instantly |
| Language | English-only forms that confuse clients | Client picks English, Spanish, Turkish, or Russian with 1 tap |
| Translation | Translating in a separate file and copy-pasting by hand | 1-click English translation; check original and English side by side |
| Fixing Mistakes | Endless phone calls and text messages | Mark just the question that needs fixing; client updates only that spot |
| Getting a Signature | Waiting days for the client to print, sign with a pen, and scan | Client signs on their phone screen with their finger; placed on the PDF |

No App to Download, No Password to Forget
If you ask clients to download an app from the App Store and create an account, many of them get stuck before they even start.
With CasePrepare, your client just taps a link. You can copy the link into WhatsApp or send it directly from the system in a clean email showing your law firm’s own name and logo. The client taps “Start Filling Out the Form” and begins right away.
Ask the Client to Fix Just One Question
Suppose your client finishes the form, but one address date is missing. Instead of calling them, you simply click “Request Correction” next to that question and leave a short note.
When the client opens their link again, they go straight to that question and fix it. CasePrepare keeps both the old answer and the new answer with the exact date and time.
Sign Right on the Phone Screen
At the end of the form, the client signs right on their phone screen with their finger (or with a mouse on a computer). The signature is saved with the date and time and placed straight onto the official PDF form.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the email sent to the client show our law firm’s logo?
Yes. The email header shows your law firm’s name and logo so your client knows it came from your office.
Can the client change the language while filling out the form?
Yes. They can switch between English, Spanish, Turkish, and Russian anytime without losing what they already typed.
Can a client see anyone else’s files?
No. Each link only opens that specific form for that client.
Does the client need a printer or scanner to sign?
No. They sign right on their phone, tablet, or computer screen.
